苧麻皮水煎内服,可治退乳。笔者临证中用单味苧麻皮30～45克煎服治回乳之疾,或因断乳后乳房胀痛,甚者有硬结或伴寒热等症状,均可使用。其药性温和柔润,无任何刺激性,胀痛硬结可在短期内减轻而消失。说明苧麻皮具有破瘀散结,消肿止痛等功效。现举病例如下: 例一:刘××,女,28岁。因小孩20个月断乳,引起乳房胀痛难受,前来就诊,给予苧麻皮30克,水煎日服一剂,连服两剂后症消而愈。例二:程××,女,26岁。因小孩断乳引致乳房胀痛,曾用其它药物治疗两天未效。乳房胀硬疼痛,不敢近衣物,伴有乍寒乍热等症,前来就诊。用苧麻皮45克水煎,日服一剂,两剂后乳汁自退,诸症悉平。 Ramie skin decoction orally, can cure breast milk. Example 2: Cheng ××, female, 26 years old. Due to the child’s weaning that caused breast tenderness, she had been treated with other drugs for two days without efficacy. The breasts swell hard and painful, afraid of near clothes, accompanied by cold, fever, etc., come to the clinic. 45 grams of ramie skin was decocted, and one dose was taken on a daily basis. After the two doses, the milk was self-returned.
