目的了解云南省农村妇女对生殖道感染干预服务的利用现状,并对需求进行分析,提出促进干预服务利用的建议。方法采用定量、定性研究的方法,对云南省弥勒、陇川两个试点县2167名农村妇女进行问卷调查,并对县、乡、村三级生殖健康服务机构的管理者、服务提供者和社区群众进行了小组访谈及个人访谈。结果干预前后妇女的生殖道感染患病率从53·5%下降为46·1%,多数妇女对医生的态度、保密性、服务的方便性、就诊时间等方面较为满意,但超过50%认为医生和患者之间的信息交流不够,尤其是充分和满意的咨询服务。结论农村妇女对生殖道感染防治服务的需求尚未满足,育龄妇女对生殖道感染干预服务的利用受到需求和服务质量的影响。
Objective To understand the current status of rural women’s use of intervention services for reproductive tract infections in Yunnan Province and to analyze their needs and put forward suggestions on how to promote the utilization of intervention services. Methods A total of 2167 rural women from two pilot counties in Maitreya and Longchuan in Yunnan Province were surveyed by quantitative and qualitative methods. The questionnaires were also made for the managers, service providers and communities of reproductive health service agencies at the county, township and village levels The masses conducted group interviews and personal interviews. Results Before and after the intervention, the prevalence of genital tract infection in women decreased from 53.5% to 46.1%. Most women were satisfied with the doctor’s attitude, confidentiality, service convenience and visiting time, but over 50% Inadequate exchange of information between doctors and patients, especially adequate and satisfactory counseling services. Conclusion The demand of rural women for prevention and treatment of genital tract infection has not been met. The utilization of services for reproductive tract infection intervention by women of childbearing age is affected by the demand and service quality.
