用国产ELISA与SPRIA试剂盒检测64份健康人血清中的抗-HBcIgM。结果:SPRIA检测抗-HBcIgM阳性率40.6%,ELISA检测抗-HBcIgM阳性率25%,两者差异有高度显著性(P<0.005),而两种方法所测之抗-HBcIgM假阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。除去各自假阳性数后,SPRIA和ELISA检测抗-HBcIgM之校正阳性率分别为28.1%和20.3%,两者差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。两种方法之灵敏度在实质上是一致的,在我国现实条件下,以ELISA检测抗-HBcIgM较SPRIA更为可取。
Anti-HBcIgM in 64 healthy human sera was detected using a domestic ELISA and SPRIA kit. Results: The positive rate of anti-HBcIgM detected by SPRIA was 40.6%, and the positive rate of anti-HBcIgM detected by ELISA was 25% (P <0.005). There was no significant difference between the two methods in the anti-HBcIgM false positive rate Significance (P> 0.05). The corrected positive rates of SPRIA and ELISA for the detection of anti-HBcIgM were 28.1% and 20.3% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The sensitivities of the two methods are essentially the same. In our country, the detection of anti-HBcIgM by ELISA is more preferable than SPRIA.
