分析了热轧氧化铁皮的生长机制和缺陷的遗传规律。在此基础上,通过系列实验,探讨了京唐公司1580mm生产线机架间除鳞的投用对带钢表面温度、精轧工作辊辊面质量和带钢成品表面质量的影响。采用SEM、EDS等方式分析了机架间除鳞投用后对带钢表面氧化铁皮厚度和结构的影响。结果表明:投用机架间除鳞,可以减薄带钢成品氧化铁皮厚度25%以上,提高精轧高速钢工作辊下机辊面质量0.5~1.0个等级,有效降低了产品50%以上的氧化铁皮缺陷率,同时延长了轧辊的使用寿命。
The genetic rules of the growth mechanism and defects of hot rolled scale were analyzed. On this basis, through a series of experiments, the influence of the descaling between the racks of Jingtang 1580mm production line on the strip surface temperature, the quality of the finishing roll surface and the strip surface quality was discussed. The effects of descaling between racks on the thickness and structure of the scale on the strip surface were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the descaling between the racks can reduce the thickness of the finished steel strip by more than 25% and improve the roll surface quality of the working roll of finishing high-speed steel by 0.5 ~ 1.0 grades, effectively reducing the production of over 50% Oxide skin defect rate, while extending the life of the roll.
