文章通过室内毒力测定和田间药效试验相结合,针对毛竹提取物对吡虫啉的增效作用进行了研究,并评价出毛竹提取物与吡虫啉复配水乳剂对蚜虫的田间药效。结果表明:当毛竹提取物石油醚组分与吡虫啉质量比为100∶1、50∶1、25∶1、12∶1、9∶1时,共毒系数分别为101.59、156.20、119.78、126.78、149.17;其中质量比为50∶1和9∶1时,表现出明显的增效作用。田间试验结果指出:11.1%毛竹提取物·吡虫啉水乳剂对蚜虫表现出良好的防治效果,在750m L/hm2的剂量下复配水乳剂的防治效果为96.6%,高于0.5%藜芦碱水乳剂75m L/hm2的防治效果(87.8%),比10%吡虫啉水乳剂450m L/hm2防效略低(98.5%),但吡虫啉的用量减少了81.7%。毛竹提取物对吡虫啉有明显的增效作用,在适量配比下对蚜虫有很好防治效果,同时大大降低化学农药使用量,对提高农产品质量和农田生态环境具有较好的保护效果。
In this paper, the synergism of imidacloprid from bamboo extract and imidacloprid aqueous emulsion was evaluated by field toxicity test and field efficacy test. The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficients were 101.59, 156.20, 119.78 and 126.78 when the mass ratio of petroleum ether to imidacloprid was 100:1, 50:1, 25:1, 149.17; of which mass ratio of 50: 1 and 9: 1, showed a significant synergistic effect. The results of field experiments showed that 11.1% of the imidacloprid-imidacloprid emulsions showed a good control effect against aphids, and the control efficacy of the water-emulsion mixture at the dosage of 750m L / hm2 was 96.6%, higher than that of the 0.5% The control effect (87.8%) of 75m L / hm2 was slightly lower (98.5%) than that of 10% imidacloprid water emulsion at 450m L / hm2, but the amount of imidacloprid was reduced by 81.7%. Moso bamboo extract has a significant synergistic effect on imidacloprid, and has a good control effect against aphids at a proper ratio, while greatly reducing the use of chemical pesticides and having a good protective effect on improving the quality of agricultural products and the ecological environment of the farmland.
