本文报导了24个高配筋率的方格网套箍混凝土柱体轴压试验结果。试验的主要参数为方格钢筋网的体积配筋率、混凝土强度、钢筋网片的网孔尺寸和间距。试验结果表明,随着钢筋网体积配筋率的增加,套箍混凝土的强度和变形能力都显著增高。 文中用极限平衡法推导出这种套箍混凝土的强度计算公式。经用本文的试验结果和德国H.Weigler与J.Henzel的试验结果进行校核,证明该公式的准确性良好。
This paper reports the results of axial compression tests of 24 concrete girder casings with high reinforcement ratios. The main parameters of the test are the volumetric reinforcement ratio of the grid reinforcement mesh, the strength of the concrete, the mesh size and spacing of the reinforcement mesh. The test results show that with the increase of the reinforcement ratio of the reinforcement mesh, the strength and deformability of the ferrule concrete are significantly increased. This paper uses the limit equilibrium method to derive the strength formula of this ferrule concrete. The test results of this paper and the test results of H. Weigler and J. Henzel in Germany verify the accuracy of the formula.
