竞技健美操是以有氧和无氧运动为基础,在音乐的伴奏下,以难度动作的高效完成,展现运动员连续表演复杂技艺和高强度动作的能力,并以参加比赛取得优异成绩为目的的一项运动。通过对竞技健美操运动员的专项技能训练,使运动员提高对身体的控制能力,从而完成健美操的各种基本动作和复杂技艺,是在比赛中取得优异成绩的关键。本文采用文献资料法对对竞技健美操运动员的专项技能的结构上进行探讨分析,提出有效的专项技能训练,为竞技健美操的教学和训练理论提供参考。
