目的对中学生食物中毒查明原因,为食物中毒应急处理提供依据和参考。方法依据《食品卫生微生物学检验》(GB/T 4789.4-2008),分别对肛拭子标本、糕点、食品公共用具、容器及加工可疑食品所用原料标本共43份样品进行致病菌检测。结果从12份肛拭子中和2份糕点样品中检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论根据流行病学调查及实验室检测结果分析和综合判断,中学生食物中毒是由肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物引起的。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning in middle school students and provide basis and references for emergency treatment of food poisoning. Methods According to “Microbiological examination of food hygiene” (GB / T 4789.4-2008), pathogenic bacteria were detected in 43 specimens of samples of rectal swabs, cakes, food utensils, containers and raw materials for processing suspicious foods. Results Salmonella enteritidis was detected from 12 rectal swabs and 2 cakes. Conclusion According to epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results analysis and comprehensive judgment, secondary food poisoning is caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella enteritidis.
