以高锰酸钾 /硫酸为引发剂 ,对尼龙 6、尼龙 6 10、尼龙 10 10三元共聚物与丙烯酸乙酯进行接枝共聚反应 .研究了接枝参数与时间、高锰酸钾浓度、硫酸浓度及反应温度的关系 .实验表明 ,当高锰酸钾浓度为 0 0 2 5mol/L ,H2 SO4 浓度为 0 2 4mol/L ,反应温度 6 0℃ ,时间 3h时 ,接枝率较高 .X射线衍射检验表明 ,接枝后产物的结晶度由原来的 47 8%下降到 2 1 4% .投料次序也直接影响接枝反应的进行 .
Using potassium permanganate / sulfuric acid as initiator, the graft copolymerization of nylon 6, nylon 6 10 and nylon 10 10 ternary copolymer with ethyl acrylate was carried out.The effects of grafting parameters and time, concentration of potassium permanganate, Sulfuric acid concentration and reaction temperature.The experimental results show that when the concentration of potassium permanganate is 0 0 2 5mol / L, the concentration of H2SO4 is 0 2 4mol / L, the reaction temperature 60 ℃, the time 3h, the grafting rate is higher The results of X-ray diffraction showed that the crystallinity of the grafted product decreased from 47 8% to 21 4%, and the order of feeding also had a direct influence on the grafting reaction.
