随着红外技术的迅速发展和广泛应用,为红外探测器提供低温环境的杜瓦和制冷机技术也有了较大的进展,出现了杜瓦和斯特林制冷机集成体,即IDCA组件。它是将微型杜瓦与斯特林制冷机集成一体,制冷机的冷指与杜瓦的芯柱合二为一,消除了杜瓦芯柱的热传导及制冷机与杜瓦冷头之间的温差,较大程度地降低了系统的能耗,减轻了制冷机重量,使系统结构更紧凑。文中介绍了红外PtSi256×256CCD用0.5W微型IDCA组件中集成微型杜瓦的结构特点和一些实验结果。
With the rapid development and widespread application of infrared technology, great progress has been made in Dewar and chiller technology for providing infrared detectors with low-temperature environments. The integration of Dewar and Stirling chillers, that is, IDCA components, has taken place. It is the integration of micro-dewar and Stirling refrigerators, refrigerators cold finger and Dewar’s core into one, eliminating the duval core heat conduction and cooling machine and Dewar cold head between Temperature difference, to a greater extent, reduce the system’s energy consumption, reduce the weight of the refrigerator, the system structure is more compact. In this paper, the structural characteristics and some experimental results of the integrated micro-dewar in 0.5W miniature IDCA with PtSi256 × 256CCD are introduced.
