研究了预处理温度对00Cr12Ni10MoTi马氏体不锈钢强度的影响。研究结果表明:在较低预处理温度下,通过非扩散α′→γ逆转变形成的奥氏体遗传了原始的锻态组织。而在950℃以上温度预处理则形成再结晶的奥氏体。由于最终750℃固溶处理遗传了预处理组织,因此预处理对钢的强度有明显的影响。材料在低于850℃预处理时最终组织中残余奥氏体量较高,不利于提高强度。850℃预处理出现峰值强度,继续提高预处理温度,强度又下降。由于950℃以上预处理形成再结晶的奥氏体,使得最终热处理后的强度稳定在较低的水平。
The effect of pretreatment temperature on the strength of 00Cr12Ni10MoTi martensitic stainless steel was studied. The results show that the austenite formed by non-diffused α ’→ γ reverse transformation inherited the original as-forged microstructure at lower pretreatment temperature. In the temperature above 950 ℃ pre-recrystallization is the formation of austenite. Pre-treatment has a significant effect on the strength of the steel since the final 750 ° C solution treatment inherited the pre-treated tissue. When the material is pretreated below 850 ° C, the amount of retained austenite in the final structure is high, which is unfavorable for improving the strength. 850 ℃ pretreatment peak intensity, continue to improve the pretreatment temperature, strength and decline. Recrystallization of austenite due to pre-treatment above 950 ° C stabilizes the strength after the final heat treatment to a lower level.
