高等教育不可忽视的重要组成部分,以培养高端技能型专门人才为办学目标。随着我国职业教育的快速发展,期间已经取得了很多令人瞩目的成就,但也存在着一些基本问题严重制约着高职教育的顺利发展。其中探索成熟有效的人才培养模式便是高职教育的核心问题,院校并未形成科学完善的校企合作模式。校企合作不但有利于职业学校及企业的生存与发展,也有助于企业实行人才占了,更是生产力的基本客观要求。为此,我国高职院校应深入研究国内外校企合作的成功经验,并积极开展与企业的联合办学机制,规划校企合作的教育体系,从而确保校企合作水平的进一步提升。 Higher education can not be ignored an important part of the training of high-end skilled professionals for the school goals. With the rapid development of vocational education in our country, many remarkable achievements have been made during this period. However, there are still some basic problems which seriously restrict the smooth development of higher vocational education. The exploration of mature and effective talent cultivation mode is the core issue of higher vocational education. Colleges and universities have not formed a scientific and perfect school-enterprise cooperation mode. The cooperation between schools and enterprises not only benefits the survival and development of vocational schools and enterprises, but also contributes to the fact that the enterprises employ talented people, and moreover they are the basic objective requirements of productivity. Therefore, our country’s higher vocational colleges should thoroughly study the successful experience of the cooperation between universities and enterprises at home and abroad, and actively carry out joint schooling mechanism with enterprises and plan the education system of cooperation between schools and enterprises so as to further promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
