出于节约原材料的考虑,一种建筑材料的可再循环性在越来越大的程度上决定了它的可接受性。在由德国钢筋混凝土委员会(DAfStb)发起的题为“固体建筑中建筑材料的循环利用”的这一宽广范围的研究规划的框架下,德国水泥工业研究院对通过混凝土破碎所得再生集料进行了研究并对含有这种集料的混凝土进行了检测。研究的重点是这种混凝土的耐久性和混凝土破碎砂的利用。再生集料对混凝土的强度和耐久性影响不大,但随着破碎砂掺量的增加,混凝土弹性模量下降很快,收缩和徐变增加。因此,如果在这种含有混凝土碎屑和混凝土破碎砂的混凝土依然采用由DIN1045给出的定律进行混凝土配合比设计时,那么这些再生集料在总集料中的比例就受到限制。
For the sake of saving raw materials, the recyclability of a building material decides its acceptability to an increasing extent. Under the broad program of research, entitled “Recycling of Building Materials in Solid Construction,” sponsored by the German Committee for Reinforcement and Concrete (DAfStb), the German Institute of Cement Industry analyzes regenerative aggregates obtained by crushing concrete A study was conducted and the concrete containing this aggregate was tested. The research focuses on the durability of concrete and the utilization of concrete crushed sand. Recycled aggregate has little effect on the strength and durability of concrete, but with the increase of the content of crushed sand, the elastic modulus of concrete decreases rapidly and the shrinkage and creep increase. Therefore, if the concrete containing concrete chips and concrete crushed sand is still designed for concrete mix according to the law given by DIN 1045, then the proportion of these recycled aggregates in the total aggregate is limited.
