随着我国改革开放力度的加大、社会主义市场 经济体制的逐步完善以及海峡两岸关系的不断缓和，大陆的台资企业日渐增多。台资企业从申请立项到建成投产以及在日后的发展中都会形成大量的档案资料，完整保存、科学管理和有效利用这些档案资料对档案事业的发展无疑具有重要意义。
With the intensification of China’s reform and opening up, the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system and the ever-easing of relations across the Taiwan Strait, the number of Taiwan-funded enterprises on the Mainland has been on the increase. It is undoubtedly of great significance to the development of archives that the Taiwan-funded enterprises form a large amount of archives and data from the time of applying for the project to the completion and putting into production as well as in the future development. The complete preservation, scientific management and efficient use of these archives and data will undoubtedly be of great significance to the development of the archives.
