目的:研究香花暗罗根、茎和叶的醚提取物中的化学成分,以确定香花暗罗中具有抗肿瘤活性的化学成分。方法:用乙醚分别对香花暗罗的根、茎和叶进行索氏提取,分别得到香花暗罗根、茎和叶的醚提取物,通过GC-MS法分析这3种醚提取物的化学成分,同时测试这3种醚提取对4种常见人肿瘤细胞的抑制活性,再通过文献调研确定香花暗罗中具有抗肿瘤活性的化学成分。结果:通过GC-MS分析方法,分别从根提取物中鉴定了52种化合物,从茎提取物中鉴定了40种化合物,从叶提取物中鉴定了46种化合物;有脂肪族化合物,萜类化合物,生物碱和木脂素等;肿瘤活性实验发现,根、茎和叶的醚提取物对4种常见肿瘤细胞的抑制率随待测溶液浓度的增大而增高,当浓度为100μmol/L时基本完全抑制肿瘤细胞增值。结论:香花暗罗醚提取物中具有抗肿瘤活性的化学成分主要为萜类,生物碱和木脂素。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in the ether extract of Haloxylon ammodendron, stem and leaf to determine the chemical constituents with antitumor activity. Methods: The roots, stems and leaves of Haliotis fragrans were respectively subjected to Soxhlet extraction with ether. The ether extracts of Haloxylon ammodendron, stem and leaf were obtained respectively. The chemical constituents of the three ether extracts were analyzed by GC-MS At the same time, we tested the inhibitory activity of these three ether extracts on four kinds of common human tumor cells, and then determined the chemical constituents with anti-tumor activity by the literature investigation. Results: Fifty-two compounds were identified from root extracts by GC-MS analysis, forty compounds were identified from stem extracts and forty-four compounds were identified from leaf extracts. The compounds with aliphatic compounds, terpenes Compounds, alkaloids and lignans. Tumor activity test showed that the inhibitory rate of ether extract of root, stem and leaf on four kinds of common tumor cells increased with the concentration of test solution. When the concentration was 100μmol / L The basic complete inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of the anther activity of the extracts of H. lucidum are terpenoids, alkaloids and lignans.
