Statistics have now become a regular source of information for the media and the general public, and the statistics department that provides them has also come out of the unknown as one of the key sources of information. As for the users of statistics, especially the party and government officials at all levels, they are even more concerned about the statistical indicators such as the GDP. It’s good and bad to show achievements with data. On the good side, conceptual judgments such as quickness, goodness, badness, etc., used by people in the past are made clearer and easier to compare, and also bring status and respect to data producers. However, if there is any advantage, the data will have something to do with the interests of the parties concerned. Therefore, it is impossible to avoid fraud, especially when it is difficult to verify the authenticity of the data. For data providers, either for the tiger, or never give up, this probably can not find the third way out.
