近年来由于病毒学技术的进展及通过对食物进行病毒学监测,证明许多病毒可以从不同类型的食物分离到,一些病毒性疾病可通过食物传播引起暴发,因而食物传播病毒的有关问题又重新受到重视。世界上已有四十多个实验室有食物病毒的研究报告,WHO也建立专门委员会来指导研究和搜集资料,但我国关于这方面的资料甚少。为此,本文就近年来有关食物在传播病毒方面的有关国外文献作一综述。
