喷射混凝土是隧道工程施工中必不可少的一种支护方式,其中速凝剂对喷射混凝土质量影响很大。提出一种新型的复合型高效液态速凝剂,是由多种组分复合而成,具有掺量少、适应性强、后期强度损失小等特点。一般掺量为水泥质量的1.5%～3%,初凝时间在1min左右,终凝时间在4min以内,混凝土后期强度损失率在10%以内。经过实际隧道工程试验,表明该速凝剂具有回弹小,无落浆等优点,是一种较为理想的喷射混凝土用液态速凝剂。
Sprayed concrete is an indispensable support method for tunnel construction, in which the quick-setting admixture has a great influence on the quality of shotcrete. Proposed a new type of compound efficient liquid quick-setting accelerator, is composed of a variety of components, with less dosage, adaptability, the latter part of the strength loss and so on. The general dosage is 1.5% ~ 3% of the mass of cement, the initial setting time is about 1min, the final setting time is within 4min, and the strength loss rate of concrete in the later period is less than 10%. After the actual tunnel engineering tests show that the quick-setting agent has the advantages of small rebound, no fall and so on, is a more ideal liquid quick-setting admixture for shotcrete.
