目的 研究脑梗塞患者11- 去氢- 血栓烷B2(11- DH- TXB2) 与血栓烷B2(TXB2) 对血小板活化程度的敏感特异性。方法 采用酶免疫法、放射免疫法检测43 例脑梗塞患者与对照组(15 例) 血浆(11 - DH- TXB2)浓度,对比两者的敏感特异性,并研究脑梗塞患者11 - DH- TXB2 、TXB2 的改变。结果 患者组血浆11 - DH-TXB2 浓度显著高于对照组( P<0 .001) ,而TXB2 浓度变化无显著差异( P> 0.05) ;其中发病在72h 内的患者有81.25 % 血浆11- DH- TXB2 浓度高于对照组峰值;而TXB2 与对照组有相当的重叠。结论 与TXB2 相比,血浆11- DH- TXB2 能更特异与敏感地反映体内血小板活化程度,急性期脑梗塞患者体内血小板高度活化。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity of 11-dehydro-thromboxane B2 (11-DH-TXB2) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) to platelet activation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Enzyme immunoassay and radioimmunoassay were used to detect the plasma concentrations of 11 - DH - TXB2 in 43 cerebral infarction patients and 15 healthy volunteers. The sensitivity and specificity of 11 - DH - TXB2 were compared. , TXB2 changes. Results The level of plasma 11 - DH - TXB2 was significantly higher in patients than in controls (P <0 .001), but there was no significant difference in TXB2 concentrations (P> 0.05). The incidence of 81 11% The concentration of plasma 11-DH-TXB2 was higher than that of the control group; however, there was considerable overlap between TXB2 and the control group. Conclusions Compared with TXB2, plasma 11-DH-TXB2 can more specifically and sensitively reflect the activation of platelet in vivo. Platelet activation in patients with acute cerebral infarction is highly significant.
