近年来,在有色总公司昆明公司选矿系统中,开展了以提高经济效益为中心的目标管理活动,同时组织了夺取“选矿杯”的厂际竞赛,对促进选矿厂的基础管理、技术进步和经济效益的提高,起到了积极的作用。开展厂际专业竞赛,核心是解决可比性问题。虽然,同是选矿厂,但由于处理对象、工艺条件、设备结构、地理环境、经营运输、企业素质等的差别,很难比较高低。我们经过几年的实践、认识、修订、完善,形成了一个较为可行的评比办法,相对解决了可比性问题。

After several years of practice, understanding, revision and improvement, we have formed a relatively feasible evaluation method and have solved the comparability problem relatively.
