目的探讨工作场所空气中磷酸的测定方法。方法用氯化亚锡代替硫酸肼作为还原剂。对工作场所空气中磷酸的标准方法进行了改进。结果磷酸含量在0~50μg呈良好线性关系,回归方程y=0.017 4x+0.018 7,r=0.999,当采集的空气样品体积为75 L时,最低检出浓度0.005 mg/m3,回收率97.4%~104.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.4%~3.0%。结论方法灵敏可靠,准确度高,简便实用。
Objective To investigate the determination of phosphoric acid in the air of workplace. Methods Stannous chloride instead of hydrazine sulfate as a reducing agent. The standard method for phosphoric acid in the air in the workplace has been improved. Results The content of phosphoric acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 50μg. The regression equation y = 0.017 4x + 0.018 7, r = 0.999. When the volume of air sample was 75 L, the minimum detectable concentration was 0.005 mg / m3 and the recovery was 97.4% ~ 104.0%, relative standard deviation (RSD) = 1.4% ~ 3.0%. Conclusion The method is sensitive and reliable, high accuracy, simple and practical.
