灌浆法的实质是用气压、液压或电化学原理,把某些能固化的浆液注入各种介质的裂隙或孔隙,并把土粒或碎石胶结起来,以改善地基物理力学性能。通常灌浆材料是指浆液中的主剂,而浆液是由主剂(原材料)、溶液(水或其它溶液),及各种外加剂混合组成。在灌浆工程中使用最广的是普通硅酸盐水泥。水泥浆和结石的基本性质取决于矿物成分的特性和它们在熟料组成中的相对含量。一般来说,凡能饮用而不含细菌的水,都能用来制备水泥浆液,但水中不应含过量的硫酸盐(>0.1%)
The essence of grouting method is the use of pressure, hydraulic or electrochemical principle, some of the solidified slurry into a variety of media fissures or pores, and soil particles or gravel cement together to improve the foundation physical and mechanical properties. Grouting material is usually the main agent in the slurry, and the slurry is composed of the main agent (raw material), solution (water or other solution), and various admixtures. The most widely used in grouting works is ordinary Portland cement. The basic properties of grout and stones depend on the nature of the mineral components and their relative content in the clinker composition. In general, all drinking water without bacteria can be used to prepare cement slurry, but the water should not contain excessive sulfate (> 0.1%)
