采用人工饲料感染法监测了我国不同地区小菜蛾田间种群对中国标准品Cs3ab-1991的敏感性。结果表明:广东省深圳、东莞、广州的田间小菜蛾对苏云金芽胞杆菌产生了明显的抗性,最高抗性倍数分别为8.9,6.5,2.1。深圳的抗性小菜蛾种群在无毒条件下饲养,抗性会自然减退,经5代之后抗性消失。
The artificial insecticide infestation method was used to monitor the susceptibility of Chinese diamondback moth to Chinese standard Cs3ab-1991 in different areas of China. The results showed that the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) in Guangdong, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou had obvious resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis with the highest resistance rates of 8.9, 6.5 and 2.1 respectively. The population of resistant diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) in Shenzhen was reared under non-toxic conditions and the resistance naturally decreased. After 5 generations, the resistance disappeared.
