在刚性试验架上对不锈钢O形环垫进行了常温机械性能和密封性能研究,发现在线密封比压与紧密系数关系图中,A部分曲线上有两个转折点K_1和K_2,提出实际工况下绕密封比压值应小于K_1点的比压值。得到了泄漏指数a的试验值。虽然不锈钢O形环垫的回弹性能不好,但线密封比压与紧密系数图中B部分曲线的斜率很大(1000以上).分析了表面镀银对密封性能的影响,试验还发现,不锈钢O形环垫的厚径比不宜小于1/8。
The mechanical properties and sealing performance of the stainless steel O-ring gasket at room temperature were studied in a rigid test stand. It was found that there are two turning points K_1 and K_2 in the curve of part A in the relationship between specific pressure and tightness coefficient of in-line seal. Seal around the pressure value should be less than the K_1 point of the pressure value. The experimental value of leakage index a was obtained. Although the resilience of the stainless steel O-Rings is not good, the slope of the curve in Part B of the line seal specific pressure versus compactness plot is large (above 1000). The effect of surface silver plating on the sealing performance was analyzed. The test also found that the thickness to diameter ratio of stainless steel O-ring gasket should not be less than 1/8.
