目的:研究川贝母核苷类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:以核苷总量的提取率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验对川贝母核苷类的提取工艺进行了研究,考察了提取温度、提取时间、甲醇和水的体积比、溶剂用量对其含量的影响,并用高效液相色谱法进行了验证。结果:10倍量的水在25℃条件下超声提取60min为最佳提取条件。结论:该方法简单合理、稳定性好,是川贝母核苷类成分的最佳提取工艺。
Objective: To study the best extraction technology of nucleosides of Fritillaria cirrhosa. Methods: The extraction rate of total nucleosides was used as the index, and the extraction process of nucleosides of Fritillaria cirrhosa was studied by L9 (34) orthogonal test. The extraction temperature, extraction time, volume ratio of methanol to water , The amount of solvent on its content, and confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: 10 times the amount of water at 25 ℃ under ultrasonic extraction conditions 60min for the best extraction conditions. Conclusion: The method is simple and reasonable and has good stability. It is the best extraction technology for nucleosides of Fritillaria cirrhosa.
