以番茄抗病材料CLN32120a-23(含ty-5基因)和感病材料Moneymaker(不含抗病基因)为试材,通过杂交、自交获得的F1、F2代,利用SSR分子标记技术筛选出了1个与抗病性状共分离的共显性SSR标记。结果表明:该标记在CLN32120a-23中可以扩增出550bp的条带,在Moneymaker中可以扩增出780bp的条带,在F1中可以扩增出上述2条条带,标记结果与田间鉴定基本一致,证明该标记能够区分抗病材料、感病材料及杂合抗病材料,是与番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒病基因ty-5紧密连锁的共显性标记。对27份番茄材料进行检测,鉴定出有15份材料基因型为ty-5/ty-5,分子标记检测与田间检测结果吻合率达80%。该标记可用于番茄抗黄化曲叶病毒ty-5基因的PCR快速检测,同时为ty-5分子标记辅助选择育种的应用提供一定的参考依据。
