支气管哮喘是一种涉及Th1/Th2失衡的慢性气道过敏性疾病。Th2偏移是哮喘发病的主要原因之一。近年研究发现,T细胞免疫球蛋白和黏蛋白区域分子1(TIM-1)在调控哮喘发病过程中的T细胞活化及Th1/Th2分化中发挥重要作用,已成为当前研究热点之一。本文就TIM-1基因特点及其在支气管哮喘发病中的作用作一综述。
Bronchial asthma is a chronic airway allergic disease involving an imbalance of Th1 / Th2. Th2 offset is one of the main causes of asthma. Recent studies have found that T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain molecule 1 (TIM-1) play an important role in the regulation of T cell activation and Th1 / Th2 differentiation during the pathogenesis of asthma, and have become one of the current research hotspots. This article reviewed the characteristics of TIM-1 gene and its role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.
