In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the incidence of huge children (birth weight ≥ 4000g) also increases, but the low rate of prenatal diagnosis, clinically no accurate estimation method. In order to raise awareness of the huge children and to discuss the prenatal diagnosis of the giant children, we present 1650 cases of single childbirth and 165 cases of giant children from January 1990 to January 1996 in our hospital.
