我矿井下分3个生产采区,各采区煤炭的运输方式均为架线式电机车牵引3 t矿车(简称列车)运输。同时,各采区的矸石、材料、设备与人员等运输也均由井下运行的18列列车(由电机车和1 t矿车或平巷人车组成)来运输。 该矿具有50余年的开采历史,井下双道运输大巷共计12000 m,大巷运输始终采用原设计的列车运输方式,设备和线路基本上没有进行过大的技术改造。 近些年来,随着煤矿体制的改革,矿井产量的提高,生产经营方式的改变,使得一些不适应煤矿生产和经营的因素突出显现出来。因此,进行技术改造是十分必要的。 1存在的问题 该矿目前使用的架线式电机车基本上都是1997年以前的产品,其受电器结构为弹性机械结构,直接与架空线接触的是碳素滑板。经过长期使用,受电器装置存在以下问题。
