目的 探究胃癌术后早期肠内营养的护理效果。方法 选用随机分配的方法将2018年1月至2019年12月在我院接受手术治疗的胃癌患者80例分为对照组与观察组,两组的病例数均为40例,对照组给予肠外营养护理,观察组给予早期肠内营养护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果 ①观察组患者肝门排气的时间、肠鸣音恢复的时间、排便时间、可以进食时间及住院的时长都明显短于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组的体质量及血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清总蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,两组数据对比差“,”Objective To explore the nursing effect of early enteral nutrition after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group,gastric cancer after surgery,the control group given parenteral nutrition care,observation group was given early enteral nutrition care,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results(1)The recovery time of anal exhaust time,bowel sounds,defecation time,feeding time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The body mass,serum albumin,serum prealbumin,transferrin,hemoglobin and serum total protein levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(3)The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition nursing after gastric cancer surgery can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve their overall satisfaction rate,and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
