目的 :了解氯化镨和青龙藤提取物对大鼠下丘脑外侧区神经元自发放电的影响。方法 :本实验通过单管玻璃微电极细胞外单位放电记录法 ,对 63只大鼠下丘脑外侧区放电变化进行了研究。结果 :腹腔注入氯化镨和青龙藤 ,大鼠下丘脑外侧区放电以兴奋性单位为主。结论 :氯化镨和青龙藤协作可提高大鼠下丘脑外侧区神经元兴奋性 ,进而促使胰岛素分泌。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of praseodymium chloride and Qinglongtan on spontaneous firing of hypothalamic neurons in rats. Methods: In this experiment, the changes of discharge in the lateral hypothalamus of 63 rats were studied by single-tube glass microelectrode discharge recording method. Results: Intraperitoneal injection of praseodymium chloride and cyanine rattan showed that excitatory units were the main discharge in the lateral hypothalamus of rats. Conclusion: The combination of praseodymium chloride and Qinglongtan can increase the excitability of neurons in the lateral hypothalamus, and then promote insulin secretion.
