为了研究杂质吸收对一维光子晶体缺陷模的影响,采用复折射率和法布里-珀罗(F-P)干涉法,计算出掺有吸收杂质的一维光子晶体的缺陷模透射率和反射率随消光系数的变化特征。得出消光系数对一维掺杂光子晶体的缺陷模的透射率和反射率会产生显著的影响。当消光系数由0增加到0.03时缺陷模的透射率由1减少为0。当消光系数由0增加到0.03时缺陷模的反射率由0增加到0.86。消光系数增加时反射波中的缺陷模宽度会增大,而消光系数的变化对透射波中的缺陷模宽度影响很小。
In order to study the effect of impurity absorption on the defect modes of one-dimensional photonic crystals, the defect mode transmissivity and reflectance of one-dimensional photonic crystals doped with absorbing impurities were calculated by complex refractive index and Fabry-Perot (FP) interferometry. Variation along with extinction coefficient. It is concluded that the extinction coefficient has a significant effect on the transmissivity and reflectivity of one-dimensional doped photonic crystal. When the extinction coefficient is increased from 0 to 0.03, the transmittance of the defect mode is reduced from 1 to 0. When the extinction coefficient increases from 0 to 0.03, the defect mode reflectivity increases from 0 to 0.86. When the extinction coefficient increases, the width of defect mode in the reflected wave will increase, while the change of extinction coefficient has little effect on the width of defect mode in the transmitted wave.
