目的对15 MV医用加速器机房防护门进行屏蔽计算,提出合理的屏蔽设计方案。方法以Siemens ARTISTE 15MV医用加速器及机房为研究对象,根据国家法规标准以及行业报告对防护门处剂量进行分析与估算,提出屏蔽设计方案。结果建设单位实际施工时采用的防护门为2 mm Fe+15 mm Pb+8 cm聚乙烯+3 cm BPE(含硼5%的聚乙烯)+2 mm Fe,屏蔽厚度略高于设计厚度,检测结果均符合国家相关法规标准要求。结论计算方法可行,屏蔽设计方案合理。
Objective To calculate the shield of 15 MV medical accelerator room door and propose a reasonable shielding design scheme. Methods Siemens ARTISTE 15MV medical accelerator and engine room were selected as research objects. According to the national laws and regulations and the industry report, the dose of the protective door was analyzed and estimated, and the shielding design was proposed. Results The protective door used in construction was 2 mm Fe + 15 mm Pb + 8 cm polyethylene + 3 cm BPE (polyethylene containing 5% boron) +2 mm Fe, the shielding thickness was slightly higher than the designed thickness, The results are in line with national laws and regulations standards. Conclusion The calculation method is feasible and the shield design scheme is reasonable.
