《痴愚说客》是用“童话”演绎的虚拟世界。叙述者费林以其无缘由的热情 ,无拘束的遐想 ,无名的浪漫所叙说的“童话”是对过于乏味、过于平庸、过于循规蹈矩的世界秩序所开的一个玩笑 ,他提醒正在变得庸常的现代人应该享受幻想 ,在色彩迷乱的都市下做梦 ;他关于俄罗斯历史与现实的荒唐故事无力承担政治与历史的重负 ,但深藏着对俄罗斯经典文化蓄意的嘲弄。小说中都市文明与郊野文明的对立与碰撞说明 :生活在中心与边缘的人们相互之间不可能理解。两种文明都是否泰并存 ,祸福相依的宿命。小说揭示了后现代社会的爱情本质 :功利与非浪漫。现代文明的后现代情爱模式是一副提供给现实中爱情男女的清醒剂。小说是人间美好失落后的畅想 ,灵魂遭遇后的迷茫 ,是怀疑者的怀疑 ,寻觅者的寻觅 ,是在对无序、混乱的现实否定后的一种新的世界结构的期待。
“Foolish Saying” is a virtual world deduced from “fairy tale”. The narrator Flinch’s joke about his unreasonable enthusiasm and unrestrained reverie and his unnamed romance is a joke on the over-boring, over-mediocre and over-compliant world order, Ordinary modern people should enjoy their illusions and dream in the confused urban areas. His absurd stories about the history and reality of Russia can not afford the burden of politics and history, but are deliberately mocking the classic Russian culture. The Conflict and Collision between Urban Civilization and Country Civilization in the Fiction Explanation: People living in the center and the periphery can not understand each other. Whether the two civilizations co-exist or not, the fate of dependencies. The novel reveals the nature of love in postmodern society: utilitarian and non-romantic. The postmodern love model of modern civilization is a sober agent provided to men and women in love in reality. Fiction is the ideal after the lost of the world, the confusion after the soul encounters, the doubting of skeptics and the searching of seekers. It is the expectation of a new world structure after the disastrous and chaotic reality is negated.
