目的探讨糖尿病视神经病变与内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因第4内含子a/b多态性的关系。方法应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法检测正常人与2型糖尿病患者和糖尿病有视神经病变患者的eNOS基因a/b基因型,同时对上述患者的眼底及眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)等临床资料进行分析。结果糖尿病视神经病变组(DON)组a等位基因及aa+ab基因型频率显著高于正常对照组。因此eNOS基因27bpVNTR多态性与糖尿病视神经病变发生有关。结论一氧化氮参与了糖尿病视神经病变的发病。
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetic optic neuropathy and intron 4 (aN) a / b polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene. Methods The eNOS gene a / b genotypes in normal subjects, type 2 diabetic patients and diabetic optic neuropathy patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and the clinical data of fundus and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) analysis. Results The frequencies of a allele and aa + ab genotype in diabetic optic neuropathy group (DON) were significantly higher than those in normal control group. Therefore eNOS gene 27bpVNTR polymorphism and diabetic optic neuropathy occur. Conclusion Nitric oxide is involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic optic neuropathy.
