近几年来,我国综合国力在不断增强,在国力不断提升的同时,政工干部需要不断转变观念、实事求是,坚持与时俱进的观念,为企业的思政变革保驾护航。而人力资源管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,实现政工思想教育与人力资源管理的有效结合能够提高职工思想政治教育的有效性,增强企业市场竞争力。因此,本文则对当前企业政工思想与人力资源管理结合存在的问题给予分析,然后重点探讨实现结合的举措。
In recent years, China’s comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced. While its national power is on the rise, political and military cadres need to constantly change their concepts, seek truth from facts, adhere to the concept of keeping pace with the times, and escort the enterprise’s ideological and political changes. As an important part of enterprise management, human resource management can effectively improve the ideological and political education of employees and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises by realizing the effective combination of political ideology education and human resources management. Therefore, this article gives an analysis of the existing problems of the combination of political thinking and human resources management in enterprises, and then focuses on measures to achieve integration.
