1990~1995年,在我省两县30个村对6岁以下1639名学龄前儿童进行了营养监测与营养改善研究。在研究中,重点抓了营养培训、教育和改善工作,包括培训营养工作者,开办父母课堂,印发营养知识宣传材料,开展种植、养殖活动并增加种植品种,指导家长购买“血宝”等药物进行儿童贫血治疗。经过5年的工作,使项目县整体膳食结构趋向合理,婴幼儿开奶时间提前,重度发育迟缓发生率减少33.8%,低体重发生率减少32.3%,贫血发生率减少31%。营养改善工作成效显著。
From 1990 to 1995, 1639 preschool children under the age of 6 underwent nutritional monitoring and nutrition improvement in 30 villages in two counties of our province. In the study, we focused our attention on nutrition training, education and improvement work, including training of nutritionists, starting parents’ classrooms, issuing nutrition literacy materials, planting and breeding activities and planting varieties, and guiding parents to purchase drugs such as “blood pox” Child anemia treatment. After five years of work, the overall dietary structure of the project counties tends to be reasonable. Infants and young children have earlier milk opening times. The incidence of severe stunting is reduced by 33.8%, the incidence of low weight loss is reduced by 32.3%, and the incidence of anemia is reduced by 31%. Nutritional improvement work achieved remarkable results.
