我们建立了犬脑干缺血模型,以BAEP和组织病理(光镜和电镜)改变作指标,观察了氟桂嗪(FNZ)对脑干缺血性损伤的保护作用。结果发现,对照组BAEP和病理恢复率分别是35.7%和32.1%,而FNZ保护组的恢复率分别是69.6%和64.3%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明FNZ对犬脑干缺血确有较好的保护作用。
We established a canine model of brainstem ischemia and observed the protective effect of flunarizine (FNZ) on the ischemic brain injury by using BAEP and histopathology (light and electron microscopy) as indicators. The results showed that the BAEP and pathological recovery rates were 35.7% and 32.1% in the control group, while the recovery rates in the FNZ-protected group were 69.6% and 64.3%, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01). FNZ shows that the canine brainstem ischemia does have a good protective effect.
