目的:研究竹节参多糖的抗衰老作用。方法:将昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分组,分别给予生理盐水、D-半乳糖、香菇菌多糖、竹节参多糖。测定胸腺和脾脏指数,取血、肝、脑测定丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶。结果:竹节参多糖可以拮抗胸腺和脾脏萎缩,显著降低丙二醛含量并提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活力。结论:竹节参多糖可通过小鼠调节机体免疫功能、清除自由基等方面发挥其延缓衰老的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of polysaccharides from Scutellaria barbata Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into groups according to their body weight. Rats were given normal saline, D-galactose, Mushroom polysaccharides and polysaccharides. Thymus and spleen indexes were measured, blood, liver and brain were measured for MDA, SOD, GSH and catalase. Results: SSP could antagonize the atrophy of thymus and spleen, significantly lower the content of malondialdehyde and increase the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and catalase. Conclusion: Scutellaria barbatus polysaccharide can play its role of anti-aging by regulating the body’s immune function and eliminating free radicals in mice.
