目的:建立胶粘剂中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,2二氯乙烷的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法:准确称取0.1~0.2 g鞋用胶粘剂样品,用二硫化碳溶解后毛细管气相色谱(FID)测定。结果:加标回收率在94.3%~101.1%,相对标准偏差均小于2%,检出限小于2.00 mg/L。结论:本法分离度好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于胶水中三苯及1,2二氯乙烷的测定。
Objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of benzene, toluene, xylene and 1,2 dichloroethane in adhesives. Methods: Weigh accurately 0.1 ~ 0.2 g shoe adhesive samples, with carbon disulfide dissolved capillary gas chromatography (FID) determination. Results: The spiked recoveries ranged from 94.3% to 101.1% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 2% and a detection limit of less than 2.00 mg / L. Conclusion: This method has good resolution, high sensitivity and easy operation. It is suitable for the determination of triphenyl and 1,2-dichloroethane in the glue.
