1979年10月3～8日在瑞士巴塞尔召开了第五届国际肝病学术会议。在肝炎大会之前两天,进行了“肝细胞间的通讯”(Communications of LiverCells)讨论会。在讨论会中代表们应用分子生物学、组织化学、电子显微镜等现代科学技术,对“肝细胞间的通讯”进行了深入探讨。这些内容对于病毒性肝炎、慢性肝病的发病机理、诊断、治疗及预后等都提供了充分的基础理论根据。现将其主要内容报道如下:
October 1979 3rd to 8th held in Basel, Switzerland, the Fifth International Conference on liver disease. Two days prior to the hepatitis conference, a “Communications of Liver Cells” workshop was held. At the seminar, delegates applied modern science and technology such as molecular biology, histochemistry and electron microscopy to conduct an in-depth discussion on “communication among hepatocytes.” These contents provide sufficient basic theoretical basis for the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of viral hepatitis and chronic liver disease.
