SMA是一种应用范围广泛的间断级配混合料。一般来说,间断级配混合料的抗疲劳性能比较差。在该研究中,COPF(纤维素油棕纤维)以不同用量加入到PG64-22胶结料中,加入后胶结料有良好的流变特性,且其等级可以提高到PG70-22,同时SMA混合料的抗疲劳性能也得到明显的改善。试验证明纤维用量为0.6%时疲劳寿命值最大,同时拉应力和劲度也有类似的改善趋势,但混合料的初始应变则为最小。
SMA is a wide range of intermittent grading mixes. In general, the intermittent-grade compound is less resistant to fatigue. In this study, COPF (cellulose oil palm fiber) was added to PG64-22 cements in varying amounts with good rheological properties after addition and its grade can be increased to PG70-22 with Anti-fatigue performance has also been significantly improved. The test shows that the maximum fatigue life is obtained when the amount of fiber is 0.6%, while the tensile stress and stiffness also have similar improvement trend, but the initial strain of the mixture is the smallest.
