花emibarbus maculatus Bleeker精子在0(去离子水)~200毫渗NaCl、KCl和葡萄糖溶液中,快速运动持续时间和寿命随浓度增加而延长。当NaCl,KCl溶液的浓度增至300毫渗时,精子未出现快速运动,其寿命随之缩短(NaCl)或延长(KCl),而在该浓度的葡糖溶液中精子则呈不活动状态。60-240毫渗的MgCl_2和CaCl_2液溶有抑制精子活动的作用,并引起精子聚集,该效应随溶液浓度升高而更为显著,Ca~(2+)比Mg~(2+)更强烈。
Spearfish emibarbus maculatus Bleeker sperm in 0 (deionized water) ~ 200 mm NaCl, KCl and glucose solution, rapid exercise duration and longevity increases with increasing concentration. When the concentration of NaCl and KCl solution increased to 300 mmHg, the spermatozoa did not move rapidly and its life span was shortened (NaCl) or prolonged (KCl), while the sperm was inactive in this concentration of glucose solution. 60-240 mg of MgCl 2 and CaCl 2 solution can inhibit the sperm motility and cause the sperm to accumulate. This effect is more pronounced with increasing concentration of solution, and Ca 2+ is more intense than Mg 2+ .
