南京第四机床厂研制的该钻床是在Z3035B×12型摇臂钻床的基础上,改进设计的一种在主轴变速时采用电磁离合器和制动器的机械操纵式摇臂钻床。该机床主传动电机功率24/3kW;在抗拉强度为500～600Pa的钢材上能钻φ40mm 的孔,在普通灰铸铁上钻φ58mm 的孔;主轴变速范围43～2058r/min,共12级。它具有钻孔、扩孔、锪孔、铰孔、刮平面和攻丝等多种作业功能。配有快换夹头及可倾式工作台,能不停车快速更换刀具;还可与该厂研制的 TJK12500型数控工作台相结合使用,可兼作铣床和数控钻床之用,以提高工效,扩大其使用范围。
