随着经济的发展，沿海城市不同程度地出现的海水入侵现象制约着这些地区的社会、经济持续发展。海水为什么要入侵发达城市，这种入侵的势头怎么遏制，山东莱州湾首当其冲打响了“反入侵”的头仗。并被作为我们向联合国申报的国际减灾重大工程项目开始实施。
With economic development, the phenomenon of seawater invaded in coastal cities to varying degrees restricts the sustained social and economic development in these areas.
