为有效指导城区配电网自动化系统建设,在满足开放性、兼容性、可靠性和扩展性等设计要求的基础上,提出初级模式、中级模式、高级模式等3种城区配电网自动化系统实用方案。通过分析配电自动化对一次网架和设备的要求,总结配电主站、配电子站、配电终端的功能及配置要求,阐述配电自动化系统的信息交互与信息共享机制。具体分析3种实用型城区配电网自动化系统的功能组成和结构形式,基于灰关联投影理论优选出合适的设计方案,为城区配电网自动化系统的改造和建设提供科学的决策依据。
In order to effectively guide the construction of urban distribution network automation system, on the basis of meeting the design requirements of openness, compatibility, reliability and scalability, three automation systems of urban distribution network, such as primary mode, intermediate mode and advanced mode, are put forward Program. By analyzing the requirements of distribution network automation equipment for a grid and equipment, summarize the functions and configuration requirements of distribution master station, distribution substation and distribution terminal, and elaborate the information exchange and information sharing mechanism of distribution automation system. This paper analyzes the functional composition and structure of three practical urban distribution network automation systems, and selects the appropriate design scheme based on gray relation projection theory to provide scientific decision-making basis for the reconstruction and construction of urban distribution network automation system.
