目的 :探讨西宁与北京地区阴道分娩新生儿脐血血气值差异 ;方法 :将正常的单胎头位足月妊娠阴道分娩 5 1例新生儿的脐血 ,用血气分析仪直接测出脐血的pH值、二氧化碳分压 (PCO2 )及氧分压 (PO2 ) ,根据公式计算出实际碳酸氢盐 (AB)、标准碳酸氢盐 (SB)、碱剩余(BE)及氧饱和度 (O2 Sat)的值 ,与北京地区 5 1例新生儿脐血血气值比较 ;结果 :高海拔地区西宁 (海拔 2 2 60m)与北京地区相比较新生儿脐血血气PO2 有显著差异 ,氧饱和度 (O2 Sat)差别有高度显著性 ;结论 :新生儿脐血血气分析对指导新生儿治疗和了解预后有重要价值。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the differences of cord blood gas levels in neonates with vaginal delivery between Xining and Beijing. Methods: Umbilical cord blood of 51 neonates with vaginal delivery of normal single fetus during term pregnancy was measured by blood gas analyzer The actual bicarbonate (AB), standard bicarbonate (SB), base remaining (BE) and oxygen saturation (O2 Sat) were calculated according to the formula from the pH, the partial pressure of the carbon dioxide (PCO2) and the partial pressure of oxygen (P <0.05). Compared with Beijing, the PO2 of umbilical blood was significantly different in Xining (elevation 2206m) at high altitude, oxygen saturation (O2 Sat ) Were highly significant; Conclusion: Neonatal cord blood gas analysis of neonatal treatment and prognosis of prognostic value.
