我们对31例脑瘫病人进行血清β_2-m含量测 定,现将结果报道如下。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)正常人:35人。选自本院门诊体检合格 者,无心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器疾患,肝肾功能试验 正常,年龄2～13岁,平均7.5岁。 (二)病人组:31人。均为我院截瘫中心从各地 来院病人,全部病例均经临床明确诊断,年龄为3～ 14岁,平均8.5岁。 二、方法:放射免疫分析试剂盒由北方免疫试剂 研究所提供,按说明书操作。所用仪器由中国科技 大学开发研究所提供的GC-911全自动γ免疫测量 仪。
We 31 cases of patients with cerebral palsy serum β_2-m determination, the results reported below. Objects and methods First, the object: (a) normal: 35 people. Selected from our hospital outpatient medical examination, no heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs and disorders, liver and kidney function tests are normal, aged 2 to 13 years, mean 7.5 years. (B) the patient group: 31 people. Are paraplegic center in our hospital from all over the hospital, all cases were clinically diagnosed, aged 3 to 14 years, mean 8.5 years. Second, methods: radioimmunoassay kit provided by the Northern Institute of Immunology reagents, according to instructions. Instrument used by the China University of Technology Development Institute provided GC-911 automatic gamma immunoassay.
