近年来,对线切割机床贮丝筒轴及电机轴的扭断,许多同志提出过解决办法,如采用新型的缓冲材料、在轴的加工中,应力集中处留园角过渡等。现也谈一点体会。贮丝筒一般在10~20秒就要换向一次,频繁的换向,很容易造成轴的疲劳损伤。久而久之,损伤处的轴径越来越细,最终断裂。有的单位在联轴器上加有缓冲材料,但在换向时巨大的扭力作用下,很快就会损坏,这时,电机换向扭力就会直接作用于轴上,加快了断轴的产生。笔者体会,解决断轴的根本途径在于减小换向时的扭力。
