目的探讨白内障旋转切削超声乳化技术是否可作为初学者的一种良好的学习方法。方法 回顾性分析２名初学者采用白内障旋转切削超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入学习初期连续７４例１００只眼的病例。结果术中后囊膜破裂８眼（８％），玻璃体脱出４眼（４％），术后角膜水肿１１眼（１１％）；术后１天和１周视力≥０．５者分别为６１眼（６１％）和７７眼（７７％），术后１周和１月视力≥１．０者分别为５４眼（５４％）和９０眼（９０％）。结论旋转切削技术是初学者学习白内障超声乳化术的良好方法，安全易掌握，并发症少。
Objective To investigate if phacoemulsification with cataract rotation can be a good learning method for beginners. Methods A retrospective analysis of two beginners using cataract surgery with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation study 74 consecutive cases of 100 eyes. Results The posterior capsular rupture was observed in 8 eyes (8%), vitreous prolapse in 4 eyes (4%) and postoperative corneal edema in 11 eyes (11%). The visual acuity of ≥ 0.5 at 1 day and 1 week after surgery was 61 (61%) and 77 eyes (77%) respectively, 54 eyes (54%) and 90 eyes (90%) with visual acuity ≥1.0 at 1 week and January respectively. Conclusion Rotary cutting is a good way for beginners to learn phacoemulsification, which is safe and easy to grasp and has few complications.
